Contact Caroline, and she’ll coordinate with our trainers and get back to you with availability. We prefer standing weekly lesson times whenever possible to provide consistency in your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please reach out to Caroline.
Check Skylight. This is where we keep lessons, rides, appointments, events, and other activity happening on the property, so you can easily see when your horse is available. If you don’t have access to the Skylight app, let us know and we’ll get you set up.
Check the Member Portal for upcoming gatherings, clinics, and member events. Skylight will also reflect scheduled activity happening on the property.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged the full lesson fee.
Members should ride the horse they are currently paired with. If you feel a different pairing may be appropriate, please talk with Renee. She’ll consider your riding level, goals, the horse’s use and availability, and other factors to determine whether a change makes sense.
Absolutely—we’d love to welcome them. Let us know in advance and we’ll help coordinate the ride. A horse fee and guide fee, if needed, will apply.
Yes. Members are welcome to bring guests to enjoy the amenities at LOE. Guests remain the responsibility of the member while on the property.
When you refer someone who joins LOE as an Emerald or Boarding Member, you’ll receive your choice of one of the following: four complimentary lessons, a personalized saddle pad, or LOE retail.
