BOARDING
Where horses live well.
Life at Lake Oconee Equestrian is built around the horses who call it home. From around-the-clock care to nutrition guided by veterinary expertise, their wellbeing shapes the way each day unfolds.
For owners, that means the freedom to simply enjoy their time together. To ride, groom, walk the trails, or spend an afternoon knowing their horse is well cared for.
Space designed around the horse.
The Meadow is home to 19 stalls, each designed for comfort with stall mattresses and individual pasture turnout. A fully enclosed design offers protection throughout the seasons, while private tack areas give each owner a dedicated space of their own.

THE MEADOW STABLES
A more intimate setting.
Fairy Garden is being reimagined as six premium suites, each with an open-air stall and generous 40-foot walkout for fresh air and movement. Mature shade trees and a central enclosed tack room add comfort and ease, with the same horse-first approach to care at its heart.

Our Equestrian Spaces
Covered Arena
240' × 100'
A clear-span steel arena with an insulated roof, open-air sides, and sand footing, offering a spacious setting for both English and Western riding. Designed for year-round use, it provides protection from the elements while maintaining the natural light and airflow of riding outdoors.
Horse Walker
A covered MK horse walker gives horses another way to move, exercise, and maintain their conditioning beyond time under saddle. A round pen at its center provides additional space for groundwork and training.
Outdoor Arena
90' x 90’
An open-air arena with sand footing, surrounded by the natural landscape of Lake Oconee Equestrian. A dedicated space for schooling, lessons, and everyday riding when the weather invites you outside.
Saddle Chamber
Located within The Meadow Stables
A fully air-conditioned, climate-controlled tack room with private storage for each Meadow owner. A beautiful, dedicated space to store and care for saddles, tack, and riding equipment.
Wash Stalls
Six individual, temperature-controlled wash stalls offer hot and cold water in separate, dedicated bays, keeping grooming and bathing spaces clean and comfortable year-round.
Trails
Nearly 10 miles to explore.
Miles of private trails wind through the property, giving riders the freedom to leave the arena behind and enjoy time with their horse across the landscape.
